Hello support,
Can I please have some support on this issue?
Thank you!
Go for it, it’s only $13, can’t go wrong.
Hi support! can i gt some assistance please?
Hi Nexnivis,
MultiX-Bar is definetely the best sticky navigation Bar that I’ve found. Let me save you some leg work, this is the only problems you’ll have with it if you are running UserPro:
Problem: Registration not supported from the login drop box and , login redirection does not work.
Solution: Had the developer change the login drop box function to a hyperlink linking to my UserPro login/registation page.Once logged in, Multi-X continues to function as normal where the Login icon’s title change to whatever you set it to Ex. Login/Register ===> My Account. This icon can be clicked displaying a drop box with your avatar, username, email address and logout icon (x). Here you can hard code the corresponding .php file to add other options such as “Profile” linking to UserPro’s profile page, and “Write Blog” linking to UserPro’s front-end publisher.
Problem: Logout redirection does not work, Multi-X forces you to the WP default login page upon a successful logout.
Solution: None yet, that’s why I brough this issue to the UP forum.Once the logout redirection issue is resolved I will consider Multi-X Bar to be fully compatible with UserPro. The Bar is clean, easy to user, very flexible. Don’t forget to download the free add-ons available with a paid license.

Good luck.

I also agree, it’s just the only thing I can think of since I haven’t updated or installed any other plugin for the past 2 weeks. I will contact hosting support and report the issue. According to Hostgator’s KB, they provide up tp 250MB of memory but according to the error message I’m capping at 62MB.
Thanks for the quick reply, I’ll update this ticket whatever the outcome is.
Thanks,
Lus

in reply to: [ Resolved ] How do you change the global languge?I know this info has to be already posted here somewhere, can someone please point me to it or provide a link?.
Thanks.
in reply to: [ Resolved ] How do you change the global languge?Hi Central Geek,
You’ve brought up very good points. I did’t think it would have something to do with the Bridge plug-in being outdated, although when Userpro is not active the bridge works perfectly fine.
I’ll ask the plug-in developer and will get back to you.
Thanks for your help.
in reply to: [ Resolved ] 3 party plug-in conflicYou are a genious!! I apologize, you had already mentioned the M3 widget and I completely overlooked it. I just disabled the widget and problem solved!
I can finally move on, if I didn’t get this resolved I would have to change everything I had planned.
Thanks,
Luis
in reply to: [ Resolved ] unhide the dashboardHi Support,
The problem is that with my theme from magazine3.com does not show the WP bar when Userpro is activated. This occurs for admins and non-admins.
What’s strange is that it only affects the homepage and post page, the bar displays without a problem on Pages and Post Listing
This is not being caused by another 3rd paty plug-in, already tested on a clean installation of WP with only my Theme and Userpro
Your login account will be emailed directly to you from my site’s admin panel.
Thanks for you interest in helping me out,
Luis
in reply to: [ Resolved ] unhide the dashboardThanks for the info. I’ll try it out for the upgrade.
in regards to the Theme, it is exactly what I need for my site and it is also a premium theme ($80) so I wouldn’t want to give up on it that quickly. If we can find what in the Theme is conflicting with UserPro it would be great.
Thanks!
in reply to: [ Resolved ] unhide the dashboardHi Central Geek,
I removed the two plugins and still the issue is not resolved. I should have mentioned that when I created a clean install of WP only with my theme and UserPro installed the same problerm occured, so I do believe this is a Theme compatibility issues with UserPro.
Also since we are at it, what is the best way to upgrade UserPro to the latest release without losing any configurations? I see I’m two versions behind.
thanks,
Luis
in reply to: [ Resolved ] unhide the dashboardWOW, that’s what you call support. Thanks Central Geek, I will look into your recommendations and will let you know if the “Multi-Sidebars” plugin is the cause of the problem.
Thanks.
in reply to: [ Resolved ] unhide the dashboardI asked the same question. You will need to use a front-end editor plugin, this will allow users to create posts from the fron-end of your site once logged in.
Hope that helps.
