Hi Support,
Since the upgrade to v1.055 I keep getting this error.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2179459 bytes) in /home1/admin80/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 952
I immediately have upgraded up to v1.0.58 as the updates have been released but I still continue to see this ONLY when publishing articles, specially when publishing multiple articles simultaneously.
I only have 52 registered users, I found an “Solved” article with a similar error, but that user has 8k users so I don’t think it’s the same issue.
Suggestion: When a ticket is marked (SOLVED) by support, can you kindly make sure the solution is included for other to see and benefit from?
Thank you!
Hi there! When publishing articles you see that error? Seems not related to userpro, because if it is related you’d see it at a userpro feature or shortcode. Please follow-up.
I also agree, it’s just the only thing I can think of since I haven’t updated or installed any other plugin for the past 2 weeks. I will contact hosting support and report the issue. According to Hostgator’s KB, they provide up tp 250MB of memory but according to the error message I’m capping at 62MB.
Thanks for the quick reply, I’ll update this ticket whatever the outcome is.
Thanks,
Lus
62mB is very low I guess for a full deployed WP with a plugin like UserPro. I’d ask them for an increase. However the good part is that this error appears when publishing posts, via the backend – which is not related to userpro (my guess)
