Once you explain how to I’ll do it asap. It’s extremely unclear how to do this!
in reply to: Pending UsersGlad to hear this may be included in future! How long is it normally between updates? I’m a new userpro user.
Is there a workaround I can do in the interim?
in reply to: Set User Role For Different Register FormsThanks. I will take a look. Seems rather tricky!
Can you update the URL’s in the comments here: http://userproplugin.com/userpro/forums/topic/show-personalized-profile-data/
They are all dead.
in reply to: Specific Member Profile Picture1) Where do you verify purchase?? Got to homepage, click on support tab. It goes here http://userproplugin.com/userpro/forums/, and do a search for “verify” and you can’t find anywhere to verify! It’s not clear at all how to verify! (and it’s not in the rules either HOW to verify your support!)
2) I want to only apply this to a specific form not globally. How do I do that? I.e. I have a few forms and globally I want it showing compact profile, but for 1 specific form I want it showing register.
3) “Answer: Go to UserPro > Global Options > Registration Settings
Show logout If user is logged in already. Set this to No. Then you can access register form even if you are logged in.” – Again, I want to show this ONLY on my “add staff” form. How do I apply it only to that form not globally?in reply to: Admin Adding UsersI want to create 2 custom register pages/forms.
1) 1 for admins to register manageers.
2) 1 for managers to register staff_members.in reply to: Set User Role For Different Register FormsI have just tried this and it didn’t work.
I created a test page and added:[userpro template=register]BUT when viewed by a logged in admin, it shows their details and doesn’t let them register a new user!
in reply to: Admin Adding UsersIs there a way to do it without using php? I’m not a php guru and find that when you install php plugins, the code gets lost when you move from visual to txt mode on pages…which is why I try and avoid using php codes on the page.
Maybe something like ” [profile_picture member=”Mark_Smith” rounded size=32px]”??
in reply to: Specific Member Profile PictureHi
Yes, I need a specific role for each form.
It seems that userpro has a few options missing from the specific form settings. (Or I couldn’t find them!)
1) Autoverify setting per form.
2) Role setting per form.in reply to: Set User Role For Different Register FormsGreat! What capability is required for this? I also need my custom role “Managers” to be able to do this and need to set the capability for this?
in reply to: Admin Editing ProfilesCan you assist with how I’d do that? Not a CSS expert unfortunately. Can’t I add a [profilepicture size=30px]?
in reply to: Profile Image Size@Ahmed – Can you add new users as a logged in admin using the register form?
I have a verified purchase. What more do you need?in reply to: Admin Adding Users@Ahmed – again!
1. Please post threads only if you have verified purchase. You can find your purchase code in your license certificate. http://userproplugin.com/userpro/docs/#install2. Please ALWAYS post URL that makes your issue CLEAR to me, I can’t explore your site pages. Please be specific, and please include FTP + WP-admin login details in private reply to the topic so that I can check your site without requesting additional info from you.
3. Please do not post your issue in someone else topic. Please do not hijack topics.
1) I have this.
2) Not willing to display my URL publicly. Your forum doesn’t allow for a private post as a first message. Only subsequent comments!
3) This is a new topic! No hijacking occurring. So what rule am I at risk of breaking here?
Regarding my questions:
1) Anybody know what capabilities are needed?
2) I’ve read that a few times. memberlist_verified – If enabled, search will return only Verified accounts in member search. Default: 0. It seems the only options are ALL members or “verified” members. I need to know how to show “unverified members”
3) Would be really neat! Surely there is a workaround?in reply to: Pending Users@ahmed – what is wrong with this topic? Why will it be removed? (I’ve read the rules before posting)
I see you can add the shortcodes on any page, but if you move the original pages it breaks the system and generates 404 errors. That’s why I opened this thread, as it seems strange that you can’t set pages to be sub-pages…
in reply to: Social ExtensionWould love to know how this is done as well!
