Quick question on Pending:
1) I have custom roles, what is the custom capability required to verify users?
2) Is there a way to display all unverified users on the front end?
3) Is there a way for admins to verify users on the front end?Sorry for all the questions…just trying to get this completed by the weekend. 🙂
1) Not sure
2) See shortcode parameters on the Docs (will answer lots of your other questions too) http://userproplugin.com/userpro/docs/#shortcode_memberlist
3) Don’t think so. Only from Dashboard > Userpro > Pending requests, or Dashboard > UsersPlease read the rules before posting support threads. Your topics may be removed If you do not read this first. We appreciate your cooperation to make this community better.
@Ahmed – again!
1. Please post threads only if you have verified purchase. You can find your purchase code in your license certificate. http://userproplugin.com/userpro/docs/#install2. Please ALWAYS post URL that makes your issue CLEAR to me, I can’t explore your site pages. Please be specific, and please include FTP + WP-admin login details in private reply to the topic so that I can check your site without requesting additional info from you.
3. Please do not post your issue in someone else topic. Please do not hijack topics.
1) I have this.
2) Not willing to display my URL publicly. Your forum doesn’t allow for a private post as a first message. Only subsequent comments!
3) This is a new topic! No hijacking occurring. So what rule am I at risk of breaking here?
Regarding my questions:
1) Anybody know what capabilities are needed?
2) I’ve read that a few times. memberlist_verified – If enabled, search will return only Verified accounts in member search. Default: 0. It seems the only options are ALL members or “verified” members. I need to know how to show “unverified members”
3) Would be really neat! Surely there is a workaround?Once you explain how to I’ll do it asap. It’s extremely unclear how to do this!
Open this:
http://userproplugin.com/userpro/profile/edit/The first field, put your purchase code from license certificate.
Thanks 🙂
Done.

What do you mean by verify users?
2) You can build a custom query.. see the docs to apply custom fields filtering to member directory.
3) Verify them how??? Activate their account? This is done in backend only.
1) What user role can verify a user? An Admin I’d guess. What is the specific capability required to verify users? I want my managers to be able to verify users.
2) [userpro template=memberlist gender=”Male”] [userpro template=memberlist gender=”Male” verified=”no”] – would that work?
3) Under users on the backend there is a verify button. If you display users on front end, it would make sense to have admin be able to verify front end. Let’s say you’re reviewing a user. You have their profile open, you’ve checked details. Now you want to verify them. Currenlty you have to go back to backend, find user in list of thousands of users, and then verify. Why not just have an admin verify button on user profile front end?Admin only can verify users. I didn’t note anywhere in features, that other users can verify users. so please do not blame the plugin for having things, they were never advertised, this is not allowed. You have taken the whole page 1 for support questions, they’re not support questions in fact – but if you do not have php knowledge, and do not want to hire someone to do the hooks/integration work needed, you really can’t imagine one plugin to do all that for you right? There are alternatives, but they have much less features I am afraid. So please be realistic and fair about quality of support threads. You’re wasting support time, if you have an error or a problem with plugin I am happy to resolve and answer it for you. If you want to try another solution, request a refund from envato but do not waste support time please.
