Hi
I have quite a few pages in my website and they are all themed in the correct structure.
I see the pages “followers” and “Following”.
How do I move these under the “My Profile” page as sub pages, rather than top pages, because it makes more sense to have them grouped under the “My Profile” page as a sub page.
I see you can set custom slugs but how do I move them?
Dashboard > Pages and open the Following and Followers pages and set parent page as My Profile – HOWEVER, I don’t think it’ll work because the plugin will think your following and followers slugs are usernames and you’ll get 404s.
Just to build on what Erica said. You could also use the followers and following shortcodes and insert them into any page you want. http://userproplugin.com/userpro/docs/#shortcode_followers
You can create your own pages with your own URLs and display the followers/following via shortcodes.
Hopefully one of these solutions will suffice.
Cheers!

Thanks guys for your help. 🙂
@ahmed – what is wrong with this topic? Why will it be removed? (I’ve read the rules before posting)
I see you can add the shortcodes on any page, but if you move the original pages it breaks the system and generates 404 errors. That’s why I opened this thread, as it seems strange that you can’t set pages to be sub-pages…
You can assign followers/following as part of profile, but this will require changing rewrite rules for UserPro plugin. Thanks 🙂
I think I wasn’t clear.
I want to change the url from
site.com/followers
to site.com/my-profile/followersHow do I do that without breaking it?
