Hi
I have a table with a list of members and various details about them.
In my first column I only want to show their profile pictures. How do you reference ONLY the profile picture of a specific member (not the logged in member)?
e.g. [profile_picture member=”Mark_Smith” rounded]etc?
Any help is appreciated! I’m loving the plugin BTW!
Isn’t it simpler with this php code?
echo get_avatar('member_id', 'avatar_size');
😀
Is there a way to do it without using php? I’m not a php guru and find that when you install php plugins, the code gets lost when you move from visual to txt mode on pages…which is why I try and avoid using php codes on the page.
Maybe something like ” [profile_picture member=”Mark_Smith” rounded size=32px]”??
No there’s not shortcode to do it, as this would go too specific – people would request a shortcode to display each detail. but here’s a tutorial that shows the profile picture

using shortcode. to customize it, you’ll need css. Each shortcode is assigned a class, so you can style it.. see the inspector
Thanks. I will take a look. Seems rather tricky!
Can you update the URL’s in the comments here: http://userproplugin.com/userpro/forums/topic/show-personalized-profile-data/
They are all dead.
