Also could I trouble you for a shortcode that I can copy/paste? One that shows a member list for Music but also removes the gender/no information issue? In another post you said to use ‘memberlist_v2_fields’but I can’t figure out how…would you mind customizing the shortcode below to reflect that? Sorry to be such a pain but this would really help me.

I don’t have gtalk 🙁 I think i will try the reinstall myself and create the same fields as soon as the reinstall is complete. Hopefully not many people will notice and my users profiles will be back to normal. As for the error issue, You are correct. I changed the permalink structure to username and this resolved the issue. We are now forcing use of the username field (just customized it to Artist Name).

So all of our users will have to recreate their profiles and start from scratch?
If so, this is a terrible solution and will really effect our user experience. Is there a back up or something that can be done so that once we recreate the fields, our users information will be retained? If not you may consider adding such a feature with a future update.
Let me know what can be done, perhaps a 3rd party plugin to back the content up. If we have to lose all of our users profile information I will need some time to manually copy everything so I can go back in after the install and manually rebuild their profiles for them. Hopefully I can get it done without too many people finding out.
Are you capable of fixing the issue without reinstalling userpro? Perhaps finding the errors and fixing only them? It appears to give the lines that have the errors.
If we loose our settings what will happen to our users profiles that have already been made? Is there a way you can back up the settings and profiles so that after the reinstall everything will be back to normal?
If you can please do it for us we would appreciate it. we don’t want to lose our settings.
The only thing I have done is upgrade it by using FTP and replacing the files. I would think this would clear any errors but it hasn’t. Can you use the log in information I sent you and see what you can do?
