Can you please reinstall the plugin and clear the following errors….
These errors show up in userpro settings:

I have sent you ftp info and wordpress log in info twice per the original issue found here:
http://userproplugin.com/userpro/forums/topic/shortcode-help-not-resolved/This issue has gone unresolved since January 8th, and longer than that since the original thread was closed. Can you please help with this issue, our site is live and users are very unhappy.
I have skype, matthewnmartin504 is my user name.
Can you go ahead and reinstall the plugin to rid the errors that are showing up? You have all FTP and wordpress log in information in your email. I really need that done as soon as possible.
to restate, you were going to reinstall everything without losing my data. then you were going to help with the shortcode issue.
bumping to the top
so I can just upload these files and be finished right?
ah your file will make it a lot easier. Thanks a lot
bumping again, still not solved
bump
Perhaps you’ve forgotten where you left off. You said you would reinstall the plugin to get rid of all the errors that show up in the Create custom field area. Perhaps that issue will fix the others so you alluding to starting there.
In addition, I am using a custom field on my registration form. That field is “scene” and I want to have custom searchable user lists based on its selection.
How did I discontinue the thread? I have been bumping this thread for some time trying to get support and the issue has yet to be resolved. You can reference the posts if you need to. I see you accessed my system but nothing was fixed. Its ok to say you forgot, but please don’t put the blame on me.
I’ve sent you all this information already. I will send it once more with hope the issue can be resolved. This site is live and and I am getting issue reports form users like crazy. I know you’re busy and normally your support is top notch. 🙂
Another email has been sent with all of the information you need. You will need to access file “an” if you use ftp.
+1 for this…. I really need it as well.
in reply to: Conditional Profile Fields and newest updatebumping….can you please help?
well this still appears on the plugin page:

Single select doesn’t work for me since I need users to select multiple options. I tried multi checkboxes though and it still doesn’t properly filter.
I will admit I often mess up shortcodes, so please verify I am using the correct one. I am testing on the page called Test Page Sandbox, the custom field I created is called scenescheckboxes, and one of the checkboxes is Visual Arts. I used the following shortcode:
[userpro template=memberlist scenescheckboxes=Visual Arts]I on my personal profile I chose Visual Arts, so it should show at least my profile on the results. I also selected Artisans, and when I tested it with [userpro template=memberlist scenescheckboxes=Artisans] and still nothing.
Maybe I’m doing something wrong but I would really appreciate a solution. I hope its somethign simple like a shortcode error :/
Yes the field is a multiselct and Visual Arts is one of the choices. I have not tried it with a single select. Sorry for my delay in responding my work is very busy right now but I’ll check back once I see your reply. Thank you for looking into this.
done, by the way the ftp file is “an”
Yes there are a few and myself, Matthew Martin, that have selected Visual Arts. Even if no one has though, shouldn’t it show 0 members instead of all of them?
