Have you emptied your database before reinstalling WordPress ?
Have you downloaded UserPro from Codecanyon or from customer portal ?
Take a look in your ftp, if you don’t have a folder called “userpro” in your subfolder (wp-content/uploads/sites/2/) it’s not the same issue.
Anyway, if you have downloaded UserPro from the customer portal it could not be the same issue.
Can you give us a link to your profile ?
in reply to: Profile picture of user not showing up in multisiteEverything is ok in your folders. Let me explain a little bit how upload folders works on multisite install, and please forgives my bad english, I hope it will be understandable :
There is two kind of uploads :
- In the main folder (wp-content/uploads/) : here eveything is network wide.
- In subfolders (wp-content/uploads/sites/x/) : each subsite of your domain has his own subfolder with their own files.
If we take a look in a folder :
- In the main upload folder you should have a userpro folder. In this userpro folder each numerated folder correspond to an user. For exemple the folder called “1” is your folder (1 is usually the admin ID). Everything you upload will be stored in your folder (1). Same for other users with their own ID folder (2, 3, 4, etc).
- In subfolders you’ll have, for example, your wordpress medias. Your folder called “2014-04” will contain all medias that you have uploaded in your wordpress media library on april 2014.
If you have a recent version of Userpro all your files would be stored in the main upload folder of you network install. In this way they can be available on all your network. If you install the messaging addon of UserPro you’ll can see that conversations will be stored in this main folder too. (The only thing that doesn’t work currently is featured image with frontend publisher, these files are uploaded in main folders but they need to be in subfolders).
Hope this can help.
in reply to: Profile picture of user not showing up in multisite@TOMO Since when are you using UserPro ? Maybe you are not concerned by this issue. UserPro now put uploaded files in wp-content/uploads/userpro (no matter if you are using single or multisite install). If you dont have userpro folder in your subdomain folders (wp-content/uploads/sites/”x”/ where “x” is you subdomain ID) your issue with pictures come from an other bug. Especially if pictures appears in lightbox, if it was a folder issue you could not see any pictures even in lightbox.
in reply to: Profile picture of user not showing up in multisiteHi TOMO!
I can’t tell you how to solve it, but I can say that SVG Avatars Generator works like a charm on multisite install. I use it just here, but I’ve only install it on my main website, maybe this issue occures on subdomain ?
Anyway, I think you have to contact SVG Avatars Generator author on his own support, here you are on the UserPro forum.
in reply to: SVG Avatars Generator on multisiteAnd please, don’t forget the featured image issue on wordpress multisite 🙂 Currently we can’t set featured image on my website :-\
in reply to: Frontend PublisherIn UserPro admin panel you have “Import / Export” tab, here you can easily export your fields, group of fields and settings.
in reply to: problem displaying member directoryIf we are asking for this feature it’s because we dont have the required knowledge.
in reply to: Top bar for UserProI give it a “up” 😀
Because i’m waiting for TinyMCE integration to release frontend publisher on my website 🙂 My members are lost without visual editor and previewing 🙁
in reply to: Frontend Publisher@TOMO It is not a UserPro issue, it’s just how WordPress Multisite works. If you deletes an user it’s for all your network because subsites shared same DB. You can only “activate” or “desactivate” user on a specific website, as you can see in your network administration.
in reply to: Delete user in MultisiteHi there!
