Hello everyone, I continue to have this problem, I tried to solve it by disabling plugins or changing the template but nothing.
This is the page “member directory”: http://goo.gl/A6bvdy
I installed a new wordpress in a subfolder to see if it is an incompatibility problem with the configuration of my hosting: Work fine:http://goo.gl/qkaVCA
I believe that the problem is related to the database.
The only changes I’ve made are, however, had changed the username of a couple of users, because it could not be done from the backend.
These database changes could have caused this problem. Did you try the plugin on another installation (Another database)?
Can I save the settings and the field? so I can try to reinstall it
Thanks
In UserPro admin panel you have “Import / Export” tab, here you can easily export your fields, group of fields and settings.
