Alright, that seems to have worked 😀 Thanks, support.
I love you.
When will you be adding the Post from front end documentation/features?
in reply to: [Resolved] Followers/following links lead to profileI’m just thinking, perhaps those pages need to be child pages or something? If you can give me an idea of why there’d be a 404 page for followers and following pages ONLY when they’re accessed via the profile pages I’d be able to fix it probably.
in reply to: [Resolved] Followers/following links lead to profileEven if it was, I wouldn’t be allowed to give out company passwords. 🙁
Like I described in the previous post, 404 pages on the followers, following pages. http://userproplugin.com/userpro/forums/topic/followersfollowing-links-lead-to-profile/#post-21399
A previous poster, who’s post have disappeared had the same issue.

I think there needs to be an update asap. Same issue what i’m getting. Including when viewing someones profile says page is not found.
Slugs/pages reset and done correct still no sign.
in reply to: [Resolved] Followers/following links lead to profileSite is not live, so I can’t, sorry.
But I described it in the previous post.
in reply to: [Resolved] Followers/following links lead to profileI reinstalled the plugin, now the followers/following links on profiles lead to http://192.168.1.141:8888/following/user-name/ except it’s a 404 error, with no page. Updated permalinks too, still doesn’t work.
in reply to: [Resolved] Followers/following links lead to profileI tried rebuilding pages, but for some reason it doesn’t manually create followers/following pages, so I made the templates myself. Still, the number of followers/following on the profile pages leads to http://192.168.1.141:8888/profile/user-name/
I can add the pages to a menu manually and they appear to work, with the url http://192.168.1.141:8888/following/ and show correct followers etc. It’s just the links on profiles don’t seem to direct to the correct url.
Should they be child pages or something?

in reply to: IMPORTANT: High Priority Documentation Needed?Just to confirm – Bug appears to be fixed in updated version. 🙂
in reply to: IMPORTANT: High Priority Documentation Needed?Thanks, Ahmed. 🙂
I love how you’re on top of this stuff so fast, it definitely inspires confidence and I’ll certainly be buying some of your other plugins as the scope of my project increases.
When can we expect the minor update to the fix Post from front end bug?
in reply to: IMPORTANT: High Priority Documentation Needed?Can I get those Post From front end shortcodes? 😀
in reply to: IMPORTANT: High Priority Documentation Needed?Ah, I never realised I had to clear the trash.
in reply to: [Resolved] How do I stop this crap?Though it would be nice to have a more complex badge/reward system it really seems like this is a peripheral feature of the plugin, that is to say that (at the moment) it’s probably not the main focus of development.
Which is probably a good thing.
in reply to: Badges OverrideYou got those front end shortcodes? 😀
in reply to: Some support questions I need answers to asapDo I need v1.070 for it to work? I’ll give it a try first thing tomorrow.
Next thing – Post from Front end, ways to customise that.
I feel like this plugin has so much good stuff, it’s just missing the little things that’s stopping it from being by far the best out there. 😀
in reply to: Some support questions I need answers to asapOr if you can’t do that, give me a way to get users posts within the loop on their profile pages.
Something like:-
<?php if (have_posts()) : ?>
<?php $paged = get_query_var( ‘paged’ ) ? get_query_var( ‘paged’ ) : 1; ?>
<?php query_posts( array( ‘meta_key’ => ‘userpro_posts’, ‘orderby’ => ‘meta_value_num’, ‘order’ => ‘DESC’ , ‘paged’ => $paged, ) ); ?><?php while ( have_posts() ) : the_post() ?>
<?php if ( has_post_format( ‘quote’ )) {
get_template_part( ‘quote-post’ );
} elseif ( has_post_format( ‘video’ )) {
get_template_part( ‘video-post’ );
}elseif ( has_post_format( ‘image’ )) {
get_template_part( ‘image-post’ );
} else {
get_template_part( ‘standard-post’ );
}?>
<?php endwhile;?>
<?php endif; ?>
