Hey Ahmed,

I gave you my ftp credentials and admin site access 2 weeks ago too.

Today i had revoked the credentials because you didn’t answer me in 2 weeks.

I need to know if the issue is possible to solve or not at least.

After all, when a new update of the plugin is avaiable the changes you perform on the site of ghog will be lost because in order to update the instructions say that you have to erase the plugin and install it again.

Please consider to include a fix for this in the next update of your plugin, because for some users of you the problem is there.

I had tried changing the permisions of the files acording instrductions on the docs of userpro on: http://userproplugin.com/userpro/docs/#profile_picture_not_appearing

Wich says :
The most common fix to this problem is to chmod the following folders and files to 777

/userpro/lib/cache/
/userpro/lib/cache/timthumb_cacheLastCleanTime.touch
/userpro/lib/cache/index.html

But

On my hosting provider wpengine.com they don’t allow this changes for security reasons.

I had tried before to change this and is not possible to perform it in the wpengine.com platform.

Yes, the image is never uploaded

I had checked the error in 2 situations

1. The error is when you edit a profile and try to upload a image file then appears the error message : ERROR: Not Found

2. In the situation when you are from frontend trying to upload a image into a new post the same error message appears: ERROR: Not FOund.
