miguel, ok can you also post the link of broken profile photo for any sample member? I just want to see the problem live
I had checked the error in 2 situations
1. The error is when you edit a profile and try to upload a image file then appears the error message : ERROR: Not Found
2. In the situation when you are from frontend trying to upload a image into a new post the same error message appears: ERROR: Not FOund.
yes just as i explained in the first post of this thread Ahmed.
When I try and upload an avatar I am receiving a ERROR: Not Found message
The page remains in edit mode and displays the message aboveERROR: Not Found so the image is never uploaded?? I mean you get a RED text error like ERROR: Not Found ?
Ok guys – I need profile link and login info to profile in private reply, let me login and try to upload a profile photo for myself. to test
Ahmed, i already send you the login credentials in a private post in this topic
This printscreen ilustrates the error

Ahmed,
I had tried changing the permisions of the files acording instrductions on the docs of userpro on: http://userproplugin.com/userpro/docs/#profile_picture_not_appearing
Wich says :
The most common fix to this problem is to chmod the following folders and files to 777/userpro/lib/cache/
/userpro/lib/cache/timthumb_cacheLastCleanTime.touch
/userpro/lib/cache/index.htmlBut
On my hosting provider wpengine.com they don’t allow this changes for security reasons.
I had tried before to change this and is not possible to perform it in the wpengine.com platform.
It looks like the image does not get uploaded even, which is another security hurdle as it seems (They do not allow frontend file uploading) – this is most def. the issue. However I still need FTP + WP admin (BOTH please) so I can confirm/deny this idea
