Broken image links & uploads

I have a few problems relating to images.
1. When I try and upload an avatar I am receiving a ERROR: Not Found message
2. Posts by user are displaying but are missing images
3. I do not have any options to upload a profile cover image

any chance of getting this looked at? had Userpro for a while now but yet to get it fully working

The error we have here is a message : ERROR: Not Found

When “trying” to upload images on the profiles or with images on the blog post in the frontend.

Any clues folks?

second problem regarding broken images is on the articles which you can see on that link i sent.

additionally it is difficult to link you to any other profiles because they all return errors,
except for the 2 most recent members that joined after I installed UP. Please see her: http://mydjspace.com/members

ghog: What’s the error they get when they upload an image? That’s weird. Upload an image to sample profile and save profile, then give me link to it. or upload does not work even??
