No idea if this helps but here’s my admin error log for yesterday, since the Google Connect was activated and the site started to have problems:

Can you try it on this website(demo)?
So please explain.
Can you try to REINSTALL userpro completely?
/plugins/userpro/admin/admin-functions.php on line 178
To get rid of these errors.
sure, just with the reinstall button in settings or want me to reinstall the whole site? Or better yet, I could empty the db and you can reinstall the whole wordpress site yourself? maybe debug mode or dunno. You have ftp access and can just take the details from the wp-config file.
Let me know.P.S. A good way to test if it’s a google setup error or just a plugin/host error would be to use different credentials for the google connect in userpro on my site no? You could create another key in your google account for my domain and test it out? That should work right?
P.S.#2 Or you can just use a different prefix to install a new wordpress I guess.
I managed to partially solve it.
The site was verified on Google webmaster tools on a different google account than the one the app for the login was.
Basically:
site > verified on webmaster tools > google account #1
G+ page > created on google account #2 > linked to site (which is verified on account #1)I deleted the site from google account #1 and added it on to google account #2 webmaster tools. Now I don’t get any redirect loops AND the google connect works as it should. Just tested it.
BUT now I have a different problem which I read it happens to many other users. I can’t access most of the backend anymore. I get redirected to the frontend. All the redirect options in UserPro are set to NO and Do not redirect.
P.S. – It’s a clean install, default wp settings and default USP settings + Google Connect. Re-created your admin account (had to disable usp and re-enable it after). So you can still login and take a look. The FTP account is still there.
Okay I tested it a bit more and there are no more redirect loops blocking the site completely, the only problem is that i go in the backend, access 1-2 pages (Appearance, Users, etc) doesn’t matter which and then anything I try goes straight to frontend homepage.
Also from the frontend when I try to access different UserPro pages (edit profile, view profile … members) It redirects to the homepage but the address bar shows the correct link.
Worth to note I double checked, all redirect options in UserPro Global Options are set to NO and Do not redirect. That does not seem right. If you disabled backend redirection, it has no effect on viewing profile/members directory. So when you try to go to: http://userproplugin.com/userpro/members/ it goes back to homepage?? So can you try to reset htaccess or rebuild permalink rules, and disable any plugin to check if there’s a conflict please.
Please insert your URL and FTP in private reply so I can take a lookMy site development is on hold for 11 days now due to problems with USP and honestly it’s not fun anymore, can you please take a look and see if it can be fixed or not?
I need a permanent solution because I will be re-deploying a fresh install of wordpress since I shared all the details here already. So it needs to work on a new install also.
I imagine you probably forgot how the whole issue started so it might be worth to take 5 minutes and re-read the whole thread again before you ask for new login details or ask me to re-save the permalink structure.
Thank you.New fun stuff in error log:
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 714007216 bytes) in /home/…/wp-content/plugins/userpro/addons/redirects/admin/admin.php on line 429
I really need to know if you can solve my problem or not, I noticed you’ve been avoiding it for a while now so is UserPro 100% functional or not?
Okay I’ve been patient enough I believe but you are deliberately ignoring support tickets that can’t be solved. It’s the only explanation I can find.
Let’s say 24h from now I will have no option but to submit a refund ticket to envato support since the frontend redirect and the so called “24/7 premium support” are clearly not available.
I would be more than happy if you can fix the issue in the meantime but it’s highly unlikely since you are ignoring threads older than a few days here on your support forums.Hi vrfx,
Use this email to contact me [email protected] I didn’t mean to ignore your requests, I apologize for that. Since you’re the only one with this issue it needs special attention. Just email me please and I am sure I’ll get things sorted with you
So, I emailed you and you replied to contact you via gtalk. I did that and you didn’t answer (waiting for an answer for the last 8 days now). What’s next? Are you going to ask me to contact you via some other messaging service?
This is definitely not premium support 24/7 as stated on the product page. The way I see it, if you wanted or could provide support related to my problem you could have easily just logged in to my site (as I did provide you the login details), see what’s going on, fix it and reply here so that other users can make use of the fix if the problem would appear again. This way all the signs point to either you don’t want to help some of your customers or you can’t fix it in which case the product is only partially functional.
I guess my next step is refund ticket. Thank you for bringing new features often to the plugin but too bad it only works for some users.
vrfx, the plugin is not responsible for theme/plugin conflicts of badly coded stuff or messy server configurations, It can’t help with that. I’ve tried to ask you to do some tests. However, please read my PM.. I sent you a message..waiting your reply
As I said 5 times so far, this is a fresh install so there is no other plugin installed other than UserPro, the active theme is TwentyFourteen so I don’t know why you keep blaming conflicts with other stuff and, about the server configuration I never had any problem with anything related to wordpress (themes or plugins) but if there is something wrong with the host can you maybe tell me what should be changed? I can always contact my host and ask them about it.
