the admin email address is at the top of Mail settings tab. Outgoing Mail Settings
I may be wrong, but it seems this is going a little beyond support. This is beginning to look more like walking someone through the set up. That is beyond free support. These settings and fields are very clearly positioned for users to set up their sites. There is a lot of work that needs to be done here and this is going way beyond what someone should be expecting for support. IMO
If this person is setting up a website, there should be at least a certain level of ability to do so. This certainly appears to be someone who refuses to look and read the settings in the plugin.
