Hi there,
I recently had a new customer create an account but I did not receive an email to notify me of this. I’ve had a look throught the “emails & notifications” but the only options are:
Send email when user is verified
Send email when user is unverified
Send email when user updates profile
Send email when user gets removedThere is no option to receive email when someone opens an account? Or am I just missing this?

Yes, you are missing something, the latest update.
I have installed the latest update but a cannot see an option for sending admin an email when a new account is opened.

How do i i get this:

to email me when someone creates a new account?

PaulI just created a new account with a “test user” to see if i get the email notification, but i did not receive an email?
However, I did get a notification when in the back end wp-admin area from userpro “pending notifications”.
I have the New user approval: require e-mail activation setting so in theory i should get a notification?

I mean are you missing admin notification plus user email to verify his address? Or just admin notification?

PaulI am confirming via my own tests that this function is working correctly.
I have tested it three times already today.There could be a mis-configuration with your mail server, or it could be an issue with WordPess itself. How long have you had the site up? Is it set upon a local install on your local machine or is it set up on a hosting account?
Do you receive other emails from the site?
There is no issue with UserPro on this. I am the one who instigated the new admin manual approval that Ahmed added. I have been testing these features quite extensively.
The site is online and live at http://www.planetfitness.uk.com
I can confirm that the site itself sends emails when using the “contact us” page.
I had a friend create an account and they did receive the “validate email”. But i did not receive the “New Registration Template (Admin Notification)” email?
You mentioned “Admin Manual Approval”…do i need to change “require e-mail activation” to “require admin approval” in order to receive the “Registration Template (Admin Notification)” email?

please try this:
1. go to Global Options -> General
2. set “New User Approval” = “Require Admin Approval”test it & report back.

I did as you suggested. I set it to “Require Admin Approval” and i got the notification in the wp-admin area under userpro> pending requests> users awaiting manual approval. But i still did not receive an email to notify me that a new user had created a new account via the “New Registration Template (Admin Notification)” email?
