There is only this code in your page, [userpro template=emd] and nothing on your documentation regarding EMD.

in reply to: EMD – ShortcodesInitially, their roles were “trusted”. As I want to separate those user who have made payment, I used a separate role known as “subscriber” during registration via Userpro. However, they are not able to use the same email address to have that role as “subscriber”.
The reason why I did not change their role directly from “trusted” to “subscriber” directly is because they will lose another important function on my website which can only allow users with the role “trusted” to perform some tasks.
Please advice.

Every time when I add a new field to the form, it automatically revert back to the no collapse setting and I have to make it collapse again
Is there a way to fix that permanently?
Also, the unique key keeps on changing for the separator field

By the way, for the photo/file upload, when it is viewed using mobile, users are not able to upload anything.
As for the drop down list for registration field, it appears to be a blank space when viewed using mobile but it is clickable by the user. The function is working well, just the display when viewed in mobile.
