I use Ultimate Membership Pro now. They contacted me regarding the issue after about 12 days and they said they were able to get the same error message but by then I went with the Membership Pro plugin on the Envato Market. It just took too long to get that resolved. I haven’t had any issues with that one. One note, the customer service for UserPro is fine, they were professional and very kind.

Nope, nothing. we couldn’t wait any longer so had to go with another plugin.
