I really like the Userpro plugin and it has many advantages over Buddypress.
But the issue over Avatars which is ongoing since goodness-knows-when is a dealbreaker, not just for me I suspect but judging by the several posts on here with users with the same problem, for numerous others.
It is a basic requirement for users to be able to show their avatars. Without it the plugin is useless.
That applies on my main site and directories on my subsites on a WPMU installation. I don’t need to be told to toggle this and that. I currently have avatars appearing on my main site but I cannot make them appear on my subsites. My subsite owners are understandably pretty hacked off and frankly I agree with them.
It worked on previous versions. It doesn’t work now so someone did something that broke it.
This is not a small issue. It is crucial to the day-to-day use and faffing around like you have been and not dealing with it is annoying me and others greatly.
If you need some money to sort it send me a request, but I think it is critical to making your plugin saleable and given the market you have you really need to fix it without asking for any additional development fees.
@bookbzz – I can’t seem to be able to replicate it on our test server.
Request you to please raise the issue using the contact form on my profile page along with the site URL, this would help me to track the issue to closure. Link to contact page is – http://codecanyon.net/user/DeluxeThemes#contact Thanks.Hi I will do that. It seems to be specific to WPMU and manifests on subsites. The reason it is a major pain is it results in dozens of support requests from our users, all of which have the same question.
you wrote many times and given access to the website and FTP. There is no confusing.

@GAZGAZ83 – Your ticket #1487 is been replied.
You are using ” Selected Storage Upload plugin “. As of now UserPro looks for media in the “uploads” directory only. Customizing UserPro so that it works with any other method like Selectel Storage Upload will require quite a few changes to the code.
I completely agree with Boobkbzz, this is a huge frustration for me.
And the issue has been present for several weeks now. When can we finally expect a DEFINITE FIX?
@MJSupport UserPro forget about my ticker that waited for your reply for a long time.
lets move on to solving the problem that not only I point out.
that’s what I’m doing, and I am sure do all who suffer from bugs in the plugin

Any tampering with the settings does not lead to any change. Disable all plugins produce at all. Left only your work. BUT unfortunately there do not.
The only change I have made in the settings file WordPress, it was changing the names of standard folders on their own.
