I posted the help request over a week ago, why are you not replying? My site is CONSTANTLY going down shutting down the MySQL database and my error logs are filled with errors from the UserPro plugins. This is absolutely unacceptable, you cant sell a product and offer support then ignore support requests when customers request them.

I am now requesting a full refund and if this is not fulfilled i will be filing a complaint with both CodeCanyon as well as my Credit Card company to request a payback transfer.
I have launched my website recently and having it go down every 15 minutes is NOT ACCEPTABLE, especially when the authors of the plugin causing the problem dont reply to support requests.
