where can i change country name and flag icon path ?

taiwan flag got broken by a wrong image name, and i need to replace Taiwan,Province of china with Taiwan

I recommend not do this.
It’s a headache to have to change in PHP, and then rename from images. And it’ll be much more whenever you have to update the plugin.
