After upgrade to: Version 1.0.81 (23 Mar 2014)
When the “Add New Field” button is pressed there is not opening. Tested on: Firefox and Chrome | (BOTH latest version ; both no Addons)
Fixed and updated the customer portal. 🙂

It has been fixed in the most recent update, but you need to re-download v1.0.18 from custmoer portal.
