It appears ERROR:NOT FOUND when i try to upload a picture on my account in the website,
I got all userpro folders with 777 permissions and is not working.
Any solution?
hello nobody knows about this? i can’t find any info about the error or a real solution to this i already tried some of it…
Hi Bala,
Do you have a WP network installation?
Are your uploads inside blogs.dir directory?Bets Regards
Please try the latest update:
http://userproplugin.com/userpro/customer_portal/
If you continue to experience an issue, please post a SAMPLE link to broken user profile photo.
By the way ahmed (another problem i found out) if you enter my site and login with the account iprovided you, if you try to switch between sections from the menu you will see that page refreshing is not working well and it seems userpro doesn’t refresh correctly in other sections and after login in some pages appear as logged out, and others as logged in. If you force refresh then it runs correctly, but why is happening this? I deactivated userpro and im 100% sure is because of the plugin, only gives problems when userpro is activated

That’s a webhost issue, It does not give you permissions to correctly upload files.
Did you check the issue related with the logged user is not being refreshed on the rest of pages? check what i wrote in the other message and tell me, i’ll contact with my webhost and tell you about, thanks.
I’ve tried to login and the page being refreshed shows me logged in.
Yes but, try to switch between sections from the header, you’ll see what i’m talking about, when the avatar shows up in the right-up corner that means u logged in if you switch to other section like the logo that redirects to the home or “mejores” or “favoritos” or “ultimos” it disappears the avatar and shows Iniciar sesion which means Log in, this only happens when UserPro is activated is like you are only logged in in the same page that you tried to login, but for the rest is logged off, and if you refresh the page then appears again. This shouldn’t be like this, it should keep logged in in every single page of the site, is a problem of cache of userpro, i’m using a CDN Cloudflare can it be in conflict with Userpro?
OK AVATARS ARE WORKING NOW WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!
Ahmed, the problem was on the maximum size limit for the image in the settings, regular hosting servers are limited to 8MB and if you put in settings more than 8MB limit (8,3MB as default was), all the files you try to upload (even they are smaller than 8mb) will give Error Not Found, what i did was put the limiter to 4MB and i tried to upload a picture and it worked!!!!! Maybe this is giving problems to more people.
The problem of the logged in account is still there, i would only need this issue to be solved.
Thanks
I am happy you solved the avatar/photos issue 🙂
What’s the problem with logged in account?
Due to the support load, I’d suggest that you give me an explaination of the bug here instead of trying to navigate through the site to find out the culprit.
I don’t want my users to be logged off by UserPro for no reason between pages. It’s an error.
I can’t reproduce this same issue here for example. Can you? 🙂
