user rating shows up, rating not possible

I integrated user rating features. It shows up but rating is not possible. what went wrong?

There is a shortcode [userpro template=rating] only in this particular page the rating would be possible , and in rest of the pages it would be only displayed.

hm… thank you for coming back to me. You definitally have to implement it that is possible from everywhere where the stars are displayed on a user-card. Otherwise this feature is useless, because nobody will got to a dedicated list search his users and the rate them.

I have the same problem.
Stars are showing in author box but i can’t rate.
Only on list in [userpro template=rating] and thats not the sense.

It should be that the rating function is f.e. in the author box too and not only on one page where are all members
