Unread Message box shows with 0 messages at all times

Hi Ahmed,

I recently migrated my site to another host. Now I have the unread messages box showing at all times for some reason. Do you mind popping into the site and checking it out?

Salih, download messaging addon from customer portal again.

On line 379, api.php

there’s not foreach loop, there’s this: global $userpro;

Please confirm/double check line 379 in your api.php

Hi Ahmed, I do have the latest file installed. I tried to insert global $userpro; as suggested however it broke the site. Here is the code I think you’re talking about.

Try the latest update, I just updated it again in customer area. 🙂

Just updated and still reads 0 unread messages.:( Stupid server migration!

Does it work on fresh install? Did it happen after migrating to new server (copied files etc)? That could be the reason!

It’s definitely the reason as it was working fine before. I just don’t know why or how I can re-install plugin with all the existing and for it to work.

Did you try to EMPTY userpro uploads folder?

There’s a lot of stuff in here Ahmed like people’s profile pictures and all of that. We have close to 300 active members, is there some specific folder I should be clearing. I can’t really touch and remove their profile images etc.
