Can you please help me out in this situation ? I need to deploy a website with plugin and its still in trial version.
I’m also still having this problem. But instead of it giving me an error now it just refreshes back to the license page but it’s still in trial mode. Need to get this resolved as soon as possible…thank you.
The error message is Could not retrieve data.
I need the full working version quickly else refund.
Guys, I am not sure why you blame userpro, It’s a curl issue. Please email me your wp-admin and FTP to check. I will validate your license manually if needed 🙁
sorry can’t give you the ftp or admin access as I am not the server admin, am just a dev working for a company and my company has needs to put a website live with the plugin userpro, CURL is active on the server, there is no htpassword which can restrict connection.
Since you do not /or can’t let me edit the plugin files to activate it manually.

Save the file and execute it .. run your wp installation. It will validate your license manually without server checks.
If you can’t edit that file ask the SYS ADMIN to do it

This version gives no errors, and running on live demo too.
