yes, curl is enable on the server,

cURL support enabled
cURL Information 7.21.0

Is there any other server settings which need to be active ?

I’m also still having this problem. But instead of it giving me an error now it just refreshes back to the license page but it’s still in trial mode. Need to get this resolved as soon as possible…thank you.

Guys, I am not sure why you blame userpro, It’s a curl issue. Please email me your wp-admin and FTP to check. I will validate your license manually if needed 🙁

sorry can’t give you the ftp or admin access as I am not the server admin, am just a dev working for a company and my company has needs to put a website live with the plugin userpro, CURL is active on the server, there is no htpassword which can restrict connection.

Since you do not /or can’t let me edit the plugin files to activate it manually.

open functions/api.php

below this line

put this

$this->validate_license(‘your_purchase_code’);

Save the file and execute it .. run your wp installation. It will validate your license manually without server checks.

If you can’t edit that file ask the SYS ADMIN to do it

Sorry, can’t give you the ftp access, i will try to install the plugin in a testing account and will send you the credentials. Or if you can edit the required file and send me for uploading ?

Please download the most up to date version and install it: http://userproplugin.com/userpro/customer_portal/

This version gives no errors, and running on live demo too.
