I seem to be having a similar problem to others. Using WP 3.9 multisite, I can’t upload a profile photo. I get an error saying the following:
The following error(s) occured:
Could not find the internal image you specified.Query String : src=%2Fmcollinson%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2Fuserpro%2F1%2F535e5068cf685.jpg&w=48&h=48&a=t&q=100
TimThumb version : 2.8.13I can’t seem to resolve this no matter what settings I use.
Sorry, I was logged in as demo account. This problem was logged by me!
Hi colly72, please verify your purchase. What’s the real path for your uploads?
This is the path that is the link to the non-existent image:
Ok, what’s the real (correct image path) I mean, what can be changed in the above src in timthumb to make the image look fine.
I don’t know. I’ve no idea where the image is uploaded to when I try to upload it via Userpro
I don’t. It’s a multisite install, so this site’s uploaded media is normally stored in /wp-content/uploads/sites/2/.
This will obviously change for each site and I’ll need it to work for each site.
Ok colly72, can I have FTP credentials and I will try to correct this issue asap
Also beside FTP + please also include a sample member profile or members page so I can see if broken photos are fixed when I update the code.
