Where would be the best place to start looking when you get the following message for every search.
Not Found
Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.
Thanks,
StylistingThe actual members search. I am using the memberlist template.
Erm I’m not sure. Make sure you have updated the plugin you can download here via custom portal using your purchase code. http://userproplugin.com/userpro/customer_portal/
Can anyone advise? Also make sure you verify your purchase code on your profile too 🙂
I updated the plugin earlier today and am running version 1.0.52.
1.053. is now available to download. Might fix your problem.
I am not an expert on developing however, most of my experienced problems are related to plugins. Try disabling all plugins apart from Userpro to see if that helps.
I believe its down to tagging, not so sure…
There is not an error like that even when search does not have a result. Please test the search feature here: http://userproplugin.com/userpro/members/ let me know if you can reproduce the issue please. If anyone else has this issue, please share.
I have fully removed and reinstalled Userpro.
Removed and rebuilt all of the pages.
I have verified that the only plugin I am using is Userpro.I have only two users, one a test account and one my admin account. I am unable to search for either accounts and when I do a general search with no parameters, I get the same “NotFound” message.
The Not found message is not even a part of any userpro files. Please show a live link so I can check it. Not found messages are not related to userpro. Please open the template memberlist if no users are found it will return
<div class="userpro-search-noresults"><?php _e('No users match your search. Please try again.','userpro'); ?></div>
Please put a live link to the problem.
here is the link to my memberlist page
I’ll keep looking through my theme to see if I can find something.
