Image not found. can you try to reulpoad the profile picture for that user?
If you are using multisite install it is because now paths have changed. Before, path was /uploads/subdomain_id/ but now all avatars are in /uploads/
In my case I have moved all files from “/uploads/subdomain_id” in “/uploads/” and everything works like a charm
Please read the above reply.
Indeed, the uploads were going to site folder which is wrong. Now userpro depends on asingle upload folder (on main site only) to make the uploads reachable from any subsite/cross-site compatible.
No, you just have to merge some folders.
Currently on your server you must have :
“/wp-content/uploads/sites”In this folder you have severals folders like “1”, “2”, “3” etc… Each folder correspond to one of your sites and contain a folder “userpro”
But now userpro is cross-site, so these folders are outdated and contains old uploads (e.g.: all profile pictures uploaded before userpro became multisite compatible)
Since this update there is only ONE userpro folder that is unique for all your subsites, you can find it in “/wp-content/uploads”
So the only thing you need to do is to merge all “olds” userpro folders (in subfolders /wp-content/uploads/sites/site_id/) with the new main folder (/wp-content/uploads/)
I hope I’m understandable because it’s hard to me to explain in english
Ok! And what about those folders inside the /wp-content/uploads/userpro for example? wp-content/uploads/userpro/100 should i have put those files inside /wp-content/uploads/userpro and ignore the /100 folder ? I already merge the folders and nothing! 🙁
No you have to conserve the /100 because it’s the id of one of your users :). It means that your user with id 100 has uploaded files that you have in /100
Yes, that´s what i thought! Unfortunately for some reason it´s not working for me!
Hi,
can you remember which was the first version you had initially installed your WP Multisite installation in the past?
Was it prior v3.5? I ask this because of the fact UserPro is working fine with WP Multisite initially installations higher then v3.5 but still not working in this scenario in regards to the broken user avatars even when your installation is now updated to the most recent version of WP (e.g. v3.4.x to v3.8.1).
One simple question to verify this is to search for the following path structure:
/wp-content/blogs.dir/
If you still have this structure then download this file here:
http://www.mediafire.com/view/lradcvtpgcfbyu3/hooks-filters.php
& replace this file within the following folder:
/plugins/userpro/functions/
It should work fine then.
PS: Also delete & reupload the avatar/picture of the user you are testing this with.
Best regards,
keyhanjunGuys, I already gave up to solve the problem! How can i make fresh clean install of userpro? I tried to uninstall the plugin and delete manually the USERPRO folders using FTP client, but for reason some file retain the original configuration and i end up with the same problem! Who can i clean up the installation and make a fresh restart ?
Cheers!!
My last attempt after re install USERPRO:

For example if your tables for wp uses the “wp_” prefix, the name of the table should be “wp_options” (or “wp_1_options” if you are on a multisite install, where “1” is the number of the site).
In this table the entries about Userpro begins by “userpro_”. There are around 30 entries, you can delete them.
Hi,
I´ve the same problem, tried your suggestions merging directories but Userpro doesn´t work for me..It is Userpro who creates the userpro directory in /httpdocs/wp-content/blogs.dir/9/files/userpro
If I copy userpro directory to /httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/ it doesn´t work.
I´ve another topic about:
http://userproplugin.com/userpro/forums/topic/profile-avatar-a-timthumb-error-has-occured/WordPress 3.8.1 MU (network enabled, userpro is only enabled in a subsite and it is working fine in normal WP nstallation)
Userpro 1.0.84
Url: maintenance mode (I could send you login details)I can´t userpro images when WP is in MU network mode and userpro is active in a subsite.
(testing in a normal WP installation is working fine).
When I try the image url I get:
A TimThumb error has occured The following error(s) occured: Could not find the internal image you specified. Query String : src=%2Ffiles%2Fuserpro%2F24249%2F533a9c4b576cc.png&w=80&h=80&a=t&q=100 TimThumb version : 2.8.13A TimThumb error has occured
