Hi, I’m having several issues when editing member profiles. First, my members already existed in the WordPress backend before installing your plugin. Also, several extra member fields were created with the WP-Members plugin.
When I’m logged in as admin, view the list of members on the front-end, and click View Profile for a specific member, it properly displays the member’s detailed information. However, when I click “Edit Profile”, the UserPro login screen appears even though the URL is http://www.mysite.com/profile/gpayne/#
The only way I can get to the edit screen is to manually enter the URL http://www.mysite.com/profile/edit/gpayne/.And when I make edits to a member, save them, and refresh the page, the edits are not saved.
Do you know the trouble might be? I have disabled all other plugins and changed themes, but still have the same issues.
Many thanks for your help!
This is a Javascript conflict with another plugin or tool on your blog. You need to know which plugin causing a JS conflict on your site, please deactivate other plugins and change your theme – userpro will work fine, tell me which plugin is causing the conflict?
This can’t happen on default install, without a js conflict, if you believe so, paste your wp-admin details and ftp in private reply.
