Private Messages for UserPro not working properly

when I click the button send a message nothing happen how can I configure the plugin?

I already update the plug in and saw some new features in the settings but when a I take a look at someones’s
profile and click the button send a message nothing happen

I’m QUITE SURE IT’S IN THE CONFIGURATION CAN ANYONE HALP ME PLEASE IT’S BEEN ADAY AND LOOKING AND NO LUCK
