Performance Issue and Restrict Content Feature not working

Hi Ahmed,

Great plugin. I was happy to have it.

A couple of questions:

1. Using P3 Plugin Profiler, I see that UserPro is the one consuming the resources of my hosting (almost as heavy as the Jetpack suites). Is there any way I can tune the performance of UserPro such that it will not be a resource hog?

2. I have a site with more than 30,000 posts. Is this the reason why the content restriction feature does not work? Any workaround?

There’s setting that will improve the perfromancy heavily, go to settings > Compatibility settings > disable activity log = CHOOSE YES!

What settings is that? WordPress or your plugin? I can’t find compatibility settings in WordPress, neither can I find settings in your plugin.
