No Upload button/ Bookmarks not responding

I am using the mantra theme which has worked fine on a site I have just taken down. There are no plugins activated but userpro.
Everything is updated. The site is stellarpax.com
I have purchased userpro, instant message , media, bookmarks plugins.

The media plugin is not showing a button or place to download the media, any of it.

Book marks are unresponsive. Please advise.

Can you please let me know your UserPro version please ?
Media Manger is supported from UserPro version 1.0.94 and above. Please update the plugin and hope this will solve the issue.

For Bookmarks – Are you using Bookmark Standalone version or Bookmark Addon please ?
