Just tested the max-upload size, set to 150kb (for testing) and uploaded a file that was 156kb on the front end publisher. It shows the loading bar but doesn’t give any sort of indication that there’s an error and that the file is too large.
Should really be some indication of why the upload fails.
Can always count on Ahmed to fix things. 😀
Also, please let us make category a required field if possible.
@Ahmed new version?? i already have 1.0.84 and i’m writing about it. And i know what action is in WP, and im doing all ok. You add to action 3 variables and i use them to check what user submitted and i use that info for other purposes.
I created custom activity log and it checks submitted data and depending on some conditions adds new activity. So far i don’t see what can i do wrong which causes this error.It’s not critical i guess, but it would be awesome if you test it.
I have now changed it to one argument only. 🙂
And it works fine as far as I tested, without printing any stuff. e.g. saving user meta or doing that sort of things
Yes…i now was able to debug AJAX response and it contained PHP warning saying that there is no parameter 2 and 3.
SO i removed 2 params from function and it works now.Line 46 does not have user_id
do_action(‘userpro_before_form_save’, $form);
Update your plugin again from customer area 😉
Hey great work here…But i’d like to know how to enable the upload file in front end tho… Thanks
For registering/editing profile, create a file upload field and drag it to the field group.
Because in Frontend only featured image is shown and also in profile view there’s no where upload a file is….thanks.
Under fields tab, you can click ‘add new field’ make the type: fileupload or picture upload, then drag it after you set it up to your profile edit form 🙂
after the last update the user search page is shifted across, has formed a long list of fields, how to solve?
Sampei, that’s strange! I have not noticed such issue. What shortcode you use? It looks like it parses all shortcode args. Please open a support topic if you believe it’s issue with userpro, but I believe its not the latest update causing it. Anyone else?
