Hello,
Every time a user Log In through userpro my logs (wordfence) shows 3 simultaneous messages:
failed login
logged in successfully
logged in successfully
This doesn’t seem normal as when userpro is deactivated there is only 1 message in the log:
logged in successfully
Do you know why there is always a failed login followed by 2 successful login attempts when using userpro?
My site has the default 2014 wordpress theme and only 2 plugins (wordfence and userpro) so I don’t think it is theme or plugin related.
is this a bug?
thanks
just wanted to add that I also tried disabling wordfence and then used a plugin to log failed login attempts and the logs showed the same thing as described above.
How can it report a failed login? I can login successfully from the first time here 🙂
on the fronted, when a user logs in through userpro, all looks good, no error messages are displayed, and the user is allowed access to the site.
However other plugins such as wordfence, login logs, etc. report the multiple log in attempts when logging in through userpro, this doesn’t happen when userpro is disabled.
Because userpro converts to its own frontend login system (Until you disable backend redirection)
