Media manager – Images will not appear if not logged in

If I’m not logged in, media images do not appear to eat …
If I’m logged in, no problem.

You also have this problem?

Yes, I’m having the same issue. Apparently, (according to user pro support) media can only be seen by logged users – not guests. I purchased this add-on yesterday and it would have been nice to know this design flaw BEFORE purchasing the add-on plugin.
