I just purchased the media manager addon for userpro, but when I activated it from the plugin page and went to upload files to a user profile, there was no button there to upload. It just read:
“Upload New Photo
Max Upload limit is 20 MB
No Photos in the gallery”Can I get some help with this?
@sikon –
Could you please check which version of UserPro are you using – is it Version 2.0 (27 Aug 2014) and media manager supports from the Version 1.0.94 (22 Aug 2014)
If its not, please update it once and let me know whether its working fine so that I can help you accordingly! 🙂Thank you for the reply. Yes, I just re-checked this on the userpro plugin page and it shows 2.0 as the version number on the top.
Alright, so I just downloaded the new versions of both userpro (2.1) and media manager for userpro, and now the media gallery has upload buttons. So this problem is now fixed. Thank you.
@sikon
So glad to know , your issue is solved !
Please let me know if you need my help in future.I have all the latest versions of userpro and media manager and I have no upload buttons showing up. Anywhere on my registration page. or edit profile page.
@King Smith – Did you check by disabling all other plugins ? If still you are facing the issue – Request you to please raise the issue using the contact form on my profile page along with the site URL, this would help me to track the issue to closure. Link to contact page is – http://codecanyon.net/user/DeluxeThemes#contact Thanks.
Thank you you I did disable all my plugins and activated them one by one. The plugin that was giving the problem was “Use google Libraries” If there’s a solution to allow this plugin to work with userpro that would be great.
I now have a new issue. When registering a new member I get an error message: Error in jQuery.ajax while submitting a form:SyntaxError: Unexpected token
