Logout redirection doesn't work properly

Hi there I have a small problem. I have indicated in the settings that after logout user should be redirected to the homepage, but for some reason it doesn’t work. He just logs out and remains at the same page.

And another small questions: is there any way to add a line of text before social login icons. For example:
“Or login/signup with”
“Or login/signup with one of the social networks”
