Hey I my all user facing log-in problem. Frequently happen this problem. I face same problem 3 or 4 time before. Sometime it solve automatically.
But now a days its create huge huge problem. For a running website its a big problem. So I need help on urgent basis.

I do not even get the error messages when entering invalid info. Looks like a theme/plugin conflict. Have you tried the basic tests please? Including disabling w3 cache?
Hello sir,, I don’t use w3TC there is no error message at all. Just stop working. you can also check.
Try to change theme/disable other plugins and let me preview the login page again please. It should def. return errors if I didnt enter anything
