hi. after updating the UserPro module to the latest version, some of the account profiles i try to visit it tells me the account is not available because it might have been removed!!!! PLEASE HELP THIS IS URGENT MY WHOLE SITE HAS GONE TO HELL! Why the CONSTANT problems with your modules ruining my website i do not know!
This is absolutely DISGUSTUNG. Im SICK and TIRED of sitting here every single day faffing around on my site because your modules seem to be creating problems by the god damn minute.
My site is not TOTALLY ruined because of your so called module, i rebuilt the pages in the module settings and now non of the Followers/Following pages appear, it just gives a 404 page. The profile url’s in the settings page keep changing by themselves, after rebuilding the pages the profile page url changes from ‘profile’ to ‘profile-2’ and it WONT CHANGE BACK. On top of all this none of my members can access member profiles because apparently after your update my profiles ‘may have been removed’, so your module says.
I need assistance here or i demand a full refund, especially if i encounter more problems because this really is not acceptable, im VERY angry as i have had nothing but constant problems from day 1 and your support staff dont really seem to care as no one ever wants to reply on time. Lets see how long it takes before i get a reply here, my last support request took nearly a month.
Just to let you know i will be documenting everything as i have been doing from day one, including this request i am posting now.

I understand your frustration as I was very frustrated with support as well. Even after I opened a ticket, they kept asking me to give them admin details to the site instead of just telling me how to fix it. I had to find a solution myself. Anyways…
Here are few suggestions that might help:
1- delete all userpro related pages (also remove them permanently from trash – this is important)
2- rebuild the pages or manually add them with the shortcodes (rebuilding them is easier)
3- now you will not see this issue: profile’ to ‘profile-2′

Thanks so much for your suggestion im going to try it now. I been pulling my hair out since last night, God knows how many hours i have wasted and still not able to fix this, the problem has got worse where all the Userpro settings have dissapeared and i just been setting them again.Regarding the profile-2 URL it has now got worse to the point its at profile-2-4 lol ill try your method, it sounds promising
Do you know of any better plugins out there for creating user profiles and interaction between users? How does Buddypress compare to UserPro? Im really considering filing a complaint with CodeCanyon and getting a refund for these modules, i have copies of the MULTIPLE support requests i have sent over the last couple months since i got the plugins and all the problems that have been going wrong, its not the right way to do business.

I really don’t know if there are any other plugins for a community based web sites since I am using Buddypress and it is simply great. There are so many plugins and themes you can use with Buddypress. However, the look of buddypress is not as pretty as this one with only couple of pages (like profile or registration page). So I am only using userpro for registration and profile page only and the rest is taken care by buddypress.
PS: I hear you about the support issue. I don’t understand why they don’t change the way they handle support. Only because of this lack of support, I did not buy the other addons.

I wasnt aware you could use Buddypress with this module at the same time! I’ve wanted to try Buddypress for a while actually, since you can use them together im gonna give it a shot, install a few of their modules and see what i can put together. They have a LOT of plugins for BP, any recommendations?Whats your website by the way? The site I am working on is on local host at the moment but your site looks great, really. You can tell you put some hard work into it.
Regarding Buddypress plugins you can definitely give it a shot and check the plugins here and see if you can use any of them: https://buddypress.org/extend/recommended-plugins/
You can also check bbPress and the plugins here: https://bbpress.org/plugins/ if you want to add any forums that is already supported by core WordPress.
