Internal Server Error on Registration

I’m getting an internal server error when a user registers. The error message pops up and it just refreshes the page so the user doesn’t think it registered them successfully, nor does it log them in. It does actually register them and add them to the user list though, so not sure what the issue is, but since it doesn’t log them in they keep trying to reregister and can’t. What’s the problem?
