Hi there i’m having the same issue. Could you please help. The image profile is so big.
Hi, thanks for the reply. I’m working privately so i locked the site with .htaccess, can you please e-mail me the ip you access from so i can add you to the whitelist and send you the link. Thanks. Btw. Could you please hide my e-mail from the public because there is no option to do that here on my profile. Thanks
Here is the code that’s messing things up
PHP123456789101112div.userpro-profile-img img {display: block;overflow: hidden;width: 100%;height: 100%;box-shadow: none !important;padding: 0 !important;-moz-box-sizing: border-box;-webkit-box-sizing: border-box;-ms-box-sizing: border-box;box-sizing: border-box;}Hey… should i always download the latest version from the link or from codecanyon page because the one on codecanyon was not updated (it was missing latest features) so i came here to find but was bit difficult to find it quickly. I almost gave up!
Hi, I checked my site, I’ve the same CSS as yours (see image below), and my profile image size is OK, 80×80 pixels.
I suggest you try switch to WordPress default themes (e.g Twenty Twelve etc) and check if the problem is gone. It happened to me many times that my theme messed up the display of UserPro. If you placed the UserPro shortcode inside visual editor elements, such as the Visual Composer plugin, move it out of the visual editor and see how it goes. Hope this helps 🙂
@ime to answer your question (in REPLY #17914), you should always download UserPro from customer portal, the link is here,
Hi echo, i always used to follow the troubleshooting step you have suggested but i forgot this time. Thanks, my theme was causing the issue. I will create template instead of pasting the shortcode in the visual editor and see if that fixes. Thanks
