Today I bought the plugin and I’m having trouble viewing it on my site. Icons, none are appearing. All are showing only the gray background. See how members are on the test page I created: http://www.timaoweb.com.br/members-2-7-4/
how to solve?
Thank you.Hi tw,
Please read the rules before posting support threads. Your topics may be removed If you do not read this first. We appreciate your cooperation to make this community better.
In particular the Howto on step 1 to verify your purchase.
Should save you some time in getting support.
1. Disable all your plugins one by one & finally change your theme to a default one (e.g. Twenty Fourteen) to check what is conflicting.
Especially UPME which I can see from the HTML output. Not a good idea to run them both. 😉
2. If it still doesn’t work -> Disable DDoS protection by CloudFlare – best would be to disable CloudFlare completely to check for problems. If all problems are fixed you can activate it again to confirm it’s still working fine.

Please keep in mind that this may take up to 12 hours. The default TTL value is 12 hours.
After all has been done please report back.
hello, did all the steps, but the problem continues.
can it be something related to css or ajax setting, something, my wordpress?
If I open this URL:
I still can see UPME although you have deactivated it. This is an indication that Cloudflare is still caching your website.
Please temporarily deactivate CF via this tutorial:
Should be faster compared to deactivating it completely (first tutorial).
Please also delete UPME completely from the backend to verify CloudFlare’s deactivation.
tw, first – reset plugin settings, and please remove pages created for UserPro even in Trash, then re-install it on fresh install. Remove the cache plugin and UPME completely before doing a fresh installation. Please try these steps and try again.
I did these steps and the problem continues.
the funny thing is that this same issue also happened with UPME.
I can not disable cloudflare long, because my site gets brute force attacks normally.
thanks for help
Hi tw, If it is a persistent problem, then it’s your host/plugin conflict or cache issue.
cache is not, i been cleaned. host also think not.
may be some permission setting directory?
if I pass the ftp you could look at me?
If icons are not appearing, this is something not loading correct. It’s not a problem with plugin, because someone had the same issue. It’s a problem with host/caching/etc.
May I know the reason for your review?
1 star
icons not working in my site: www,timaoweb.com.br. your Support not working. you no Support me.
No Support? And do you believe Icons are not showing because of plugin fault? So how come it does not work with other plugin too? I am surprised, I hope other plugin authors get some random reviews like these. I am replying even I have the latest reply here. Thanks for being so “fair”
you just replied with generic resolutions. as a developer could look at my ftp.
paid a to look. was admin-conflict with ajax and css of my theme. ready solved. rather it was supported.
