I am seriously disappointed with the level of customer service that I have received since purchasing this plugin. I CANT GET ANY HELP – PLEASE SUPPORT WHAT YOU SELL OR YOU ARE MERELY A CONMAN.
It truly amazes me that the same questions I have (and have posted all over code canyon and the deluxe themes support link) have been asked multiple times within this forum some dating from over a year ago. Many questions go unanswered and unacknowledged. If there are any useful replies from the author, the solutions are marked “private” and then hidden. This is causing a deliberate bottleneck in support — and I can prove it.
I have been ripping my hair out for 3 weeks with this plugin – now I wished I’d never found it – I can’t get the help I need and I am not going to take this lying down. I dont think I have ever been this angry with a product. Thanks for nothing folks – my site is now 3 weeks late and I have to start all over again because you people wont stand behind what you sell.

Have a look at any of the following links – these are all examples from their very own sales site – where they do bother to answer questions from the user community, the answers are then OBSCURED…….WTF? They should be showing these answers to people that have paid for this excuse for a piece of software , not doing so means that they have to answer these queries individually they are creating a support bottleneck ON PURPOSE – who does that ? Doubt me ? Well have a look….
