I really enjoy the UserPro plugin. Despite it having some bugs, I think it’s the best plugin I’ve ever used! I think it’s really getting more popular too amongst WordPress site owners.
With that said, may I make the suggestion that you please hire additional support team members. I imagine it’s a daunting task for you to try and manage it by yourself.
Some of the issues we’re facing are time critical. Especially for those of us that have high traffic sites with many users, we cannot be waiting weeks for answers.
Perhaps you should even move to using a support ticketing system like FreshDesk or Ticksy. That would make answering support requests much easier than in a forum.
I hope you will consider this. I’d even be willing to pay extra for a better support team that can answer all of my questions in a timely manner.
