Help: Required Field not showing up as required

I asked this question on codecanyon but with no luck and now is becoming urgent because users are getting confused.

I created a bunch of fields but for some reason only 2 fields that are set as required are not showing up on the frontend as required.

Same issue here. I have requested a fix for the past 6 months and still seems that it has not been addressed. Not only that, my form doesn’t even show that any of the fields are required until you skip one and even then Text Area fields are not recognized as required even though it’s set as required in the setup. Very frustrating.

hello there,

i am not an expert, but had similar issues with the fields
some one mentioned to me on this forum, make the separator collapsible, and then “save” – it worked for me as i initially wasn’t getting the field for font icon code
but for your concern, just try the collapsible option for separator, it could work

Thanks Haider,

Didn’t work. The new support folks working with Ahmed have been great at finding solutions and fast response though so I know that this is getting worked on for the next release.

Til then, have to just make do.
