having #TROUBLE in showing pagination

hello.
simple problem: In the user’s view template i enabled to show the user;s all post, but after 10 posts there no pagination. For this if the user has 100 posts the visitor can only see first 10 posts. last 90 are hidden or not displaying. any chance showing them also??
