having problem to add new field in edit profile section

I tried to add new field in edit profile section but its not working. So please guide me. I tried around many times.
I wanna add my upload and video section.

But I successfully added profile background find.

# I also want to know,, Is it possible to increase profile width ( http://prntscr.com/38io20 ) ?

To increase profile width, use max_width=”100%” in shortcode for example. [userpro template=view max_width=100%]

What error do you get when you add a new field? It should work fine 🙂 Did you set the type to be textarea or picture upload? Please show the error you get.

Add a new field type “Textarea” and make it accept html after you add it, there are some controls in fields that let you edit field privacy, etc. click the html allowed icon, then users can embed video codes there! 🙂

Hello, if I install update version then will it remove all users data and set up. Please provide me information.

Installing update won’t remove ANY USERS OR DATA. Upgrade userpro as the docs say, and do not worry 🙂
