I love userpro however I’m having lots of problems…
To start with, my site is http://www.gigmann.com and my profile is http://www.gigmann.com/profile-5
My member directory page is http://www.gigmann.com/members-61. It says in the manual there is a field for adding a cover/background photo to your profile. There is no such field there for me.
2.align=right is not working on my profile. Ive put postsbyuser on there but it appears beneath the profile, not next to it. I want it next to it. Am i entering the code im wrong? I have deactivated all plugins however this has not affected it. Im reluctant to turn off the theme as i am concerned i would lose all my theme settings.
3. When resetting my admin password it sends me a secret key. I put key in and save…and nothing happens.
4. My site is a music/creativity site-how can i set up a filter in the member directory search for specific types of members, musicians/actors/graphic designers/non creatives? Also how do i add a city search?
I have also just seen that all the profiles are out of alignment since i deactivated a reactivated all my plugins. It was looking fine before this.Please help urgently as i am eager for this to be working quickly as i will be setting it up channeled through a paid membership plugin.
5.With regards to frontend publisher – How do i restrict the privacy of these posts? Whats happening at the moment is a user posts their conent and it goes to the front end home page for the whole world to see. I want the posts just to go to the content and show up on their posts by user profile….I dont want the whole world seeing the content…only the members of the back area…..have a look here http://www.gigmann.com and you will see how the posts are displayed on home page to the world. I dont want this to happen.
Please bare in mind i am not a programmer so please try and explain as simply as possible!

From what I see on my screen, look to your right on the sidebar, click logout (so you can logout of the test account) Then create a new acount, verify your email, and you should be good to go.
As mentioned in our Support Rules – do NOT use the test account for raising support queries. All such posts on the Support Forum will be deleted.
